Hoods are a custom made item and cannot be returned. Orders take 2 weeks to build a hood system and the delivery from the factory to you can take up to one week depending on geographic location.

There is a 25% restocking fee for non-custom made items, that Captiveaire allows to be returned. All freight is paid by the customer for all returns.
